Privacy and Cookie Policy
MuchBetter Casino Sites is a reading site. You don't need an account to use it, we don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and we collect very little about you. This policy explains what that little is, why we have it and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the main site and every country page on this domain.
What We Collect
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name or the name you choose, your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use that only to answer you and to fix any error you report. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent contact details to anyone.
Like every website, ours is delivered through a hosting and security provider. To send you the pages and to block automated abuse, that provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We don't combine this data with anything else, and we don't use it to build a profile of you.
We never ask for payment details, identity documents or casino account information. If a casino you visit through our links needs those, it collects them under its own privacy policy, which is worth reading before you register.
Cookies
This site doesn't place analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn't store anything in your browser's local storage. That's why you won't see a cookie banner here: there's nothing to consent to. Our hosting provider may use a strictly necessary security measure to tell real visitors from bots; it isn't used for tracking.
Cookies you do encounter will come from the casinos, not from us. The moment you follow a link to a casino site, that operator sets its own cookies, including ones used to credit an affiliate referral, under its own cookie policy. You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings (in most browsers under Privacy or Site data), and doing so won't affect how this site works.
Legal Basis and Retention
We process contact messages because you asked us to reply, and technical request data because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure. For Canadian readers, our handling of personal information follows the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA); readers in Quebec are also covered by Quebec's private-sector privacy law. Readers of our European country pages have the rights set out in the GDPR. We keep contact messages for as long as a conversation is active and for up to twelve months afterwards, then delete them. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to daniel@muchbettercasinosites.com and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or, in Quebec, to the Commission d'accès à l'information; readers in the EU can contact their national data protection authority.
We'll update this policy if our practices change, and the version on this page is always the current one.
